Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events.
• Assist with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to service standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or banquet settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
