This is a unique opportunity to practice high‑acuity neonatal care in a state‑of‑the‑art facility while enjoying an exceptional Gulf Coast lifestyle. 70‑bed, Level III NICU with advanced technology and a collaborative care model Primary responsibilities include attending coverage in the Level III NICU Occasional Level I coverage including well‑baby care with home‑back‑up coverage High‑risk delivery service coverage 12‑hour shifts with an option for 24‑hour shifts based on prior experience Supportive team of 10 Neonatologists and 10 NNPs Full range of subspecialty services available (excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) Qualifications Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Minimum of a master’s degree Benefits and Compensation Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign‑on bonuses and relocation.
