Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Strong knowledge of surgical asepsis and patient safety
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical team by circulating and scrubbing as required
• Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout procedures
• Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for each surgical case
• Document nursing care accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with physicians, anesthesia teams, and other support staff
• Support postoperative care and transfer
• Maintain strict compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards
