You will step into an existing operating rhythm, manage event timelines, logistics, communications, and deliverables end-to-end, and partner closely with Line of Business (LOB) and Market Unit (MU) stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned, on-brand, and delivered with excellence.Key ObjectivesRapidly onboard and ramp to cover an in-progress event portfolio during a maternity leaveDeliver high-quality Cloud ERP Private marketing events throughout the 8-month contract periodEnsure continuity, consistency, and on-time execution across in-person and virtual programsMaintain strong alignment with Cloud ERP Private go-to-market prioritiesCore ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & ExecutionQuickly onboard to existing event plans and take ownership of Cloud ERP Private marketing events, including:In-person Connect DaysSAP Sapphire SIA eventsWebinar seriesThird-party events such as DDAC and SAPinsiderOwn end-to-end event project management from intake through post-event follow-up during the parental leave coverage periodDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed event timelines, workback schedules, and deliverablesCoordinate logistics including registration, agendas, speakers, vendors, and on-site/virtual executionCross-Functional CoordinationEstablish strong working relationships quickly with LOB and MU stakeholders to ensure continuity during the transitionManage communications across multiple platforms and teams to maintain clarity, momentum, and accountabilityAct as the central point of contact for event execution, providing consistent status updates and issue resolutionOperational Excellence & ReportingStep into existing tools, processes, and reporting with minimal onboarding timeTrack event plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using advanced Excel and planning toolsManage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracySupport website and event page development to ensure accurate, timely event promotion (as needed)Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, or program managementProven experience managing in-person and virtual marketing events end-to-endDemonstrated ability to onboard quickly and operate independently in an existing programStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreamsAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience partnering with LOB, field, or regional marketing stakeholdersStrong communication skills and attention to detailWebsite and event page development experience is a plusExperience in enterprise or matrixed organizations is an asset
