Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in the Endoscopy unit. This position requires a strong background in various endoscopic procedures and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Sclerotherapy, TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiogram), Endoscopic Ultrasound, ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), and esophageal ballooning procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and provide comprehensive pre and post-procedure education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure a safe and sterile environment throughout procedures.
• Provide patient support and education regarding procedures and recovery processes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Proven experience in endoscopy and related procedures.
• Strong clinical skills in a variety of endoscopic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Willingness to participate in a call rotation, including weekends, with 6-8 days of call per month.

Shift Details

This position involves working day shifts, five days per week, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
