Right of Way Project Management / Supervisor Professionals

Description Percheron is looking to identify experienced right of way pipeline management and supervisor professionals for a potential proposed project in the AL, GA, FL area. Project Management Alignment Project Managers will oversee one or more projects, ensuring effective communication between assigned field personnel and management. They should possess strong leadership, business, budgeting, and analysis skills. Essential Tasks And Responsibilities Assist management with client contract negotiations Review and understand the contract/work order and terms for both client and agents Coordinate with the supervisor in developing project scope, budget, deliverables, and milestones to meet the client’s needs Refine company standard operating procedures (SOP) in agreement with client specifics and remain current on company SOP updates, implementing project‑level SOPs Serve as the company’s onsite representative, attend client meetings and functions Assist in the scheduling and completion of onsite audits Ensure accuracy of client reports and GIS reporting tools Attend initial project kick‑off meetings and subsequent conference calls Communicate potential cost overruns and scope changes with the client in a timely manner Coordinate with Accounting to verify client invoices and follow up with clients Approve project‑related expenses Manage direct reports and field personnel, handling office‑related issues Hold regular management meetings to enhance communication and training Communicate client scope changes with direct reports Provide alignment between delivery and services with shared services Generate and submit change order documentation to support scope changes when necessary Monitor and coordinate staffing levels with the client Provide project reporting to the client per the client’s schedule or as directed by the supervisor Assist the supervisor by providing guidance on staffing Assist with or approve disciplinary warnings and terminations in compliance with company policy, notifying HR before any disciplinary action and ensuring physical presence to address employee issues Provide coaching and training to improve direct reports’ performance Assist the supervisor with developing employee engagement plans and ideas Conduct performance reviews of direct reports and communicate with the supervisor Train direct reports and other key field personnel on new company processes Complete skillset matrix for direct reports and communicate with supervisor Assist the sales and marketing department with project cost estimates Communicate potential leads through the company‑approved CRM tool Coordinate with marketing to identify potential events and organizations for support Assist in the preparation of requests for proposal (RFP) and formal estimates Assist in asset inventory Be involved in AAPL or IRWA where applicable Local association involvement at a leadership level is required Attend and volunteer at local association events Attend other industry‑related seminars or events deemed necessary by the supervisor Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree is preferred Must have a CPL or RPL certification for Upstream PM Two to four years of project management experience and leadership skills to lead and motivate a project team Effective communication, collaboration, and change management skills with clients and team members to ensure project goals are achieved At least six years of relevant experience in the industry Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective strategies that align with company and business goals Good understanding of the legal aspects of the documents required to complete the project, including area property values, general environmental issues, and permitting requirements of jurisdictional agencies in the project area Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Ability to work autonomously and collaborate fully as a team player Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with the manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assignment and working overtime if warranted) Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and company policies and procedures Work Environmental and Physical Demands Spends 100% of time in an office environment Is regularly required to sit; use hands to fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear Is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch Is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus #J-18808-Ljbffr
