About the Role Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring What You Will Be Doing Monitor daily production workflows to support operational targets and service level commitments Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex concerns as needed Operate warehouse equipment and production tools in accordance with safety and operational standards Coordinate inventory movement, material handling, order fulfillment, and production support activities Track operational metrics and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and quality Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams to resolve workflow disruptions Maintain accurate inventory records, production documentation, and operational reports Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance Assist with onboarding and training team members on processes, procedures, and best practices Required Qualifications Experience supporting production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues using established processes and procedures Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and operational accuracy Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams Proficiency using inventory, operational, or reporting systems along with standard business applications High school diploma, GED, or skills-based equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, fulfillment, or logistics operations Experience using operational performance metrics to drive efficiency and quality improvements Equipment certifications relevant to warehouse or production operations Experience training, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members What We Offer you At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees' careers as our own business.
