Utilize ultrasound guidance for the insertion and maintenance of PICC lines. Monitor patients for any potential complications related to vascular access. Provide education to patients and staff regarding line care and infection prevention strategies. Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to uphold safe, evidence-based practices. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in vascular access or related nursing fields is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
