Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the warehouse floor, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and loading dock areas, as assigned.
• Monitor access to the location by assisting with employee, visitor, and/or delivery driver entry procedures and reporting unauthorized or unusual activity.
• Help to deter loss, damage, and/or disruption by maintaining a visible presence and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
