Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Average salary is $67,204.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Sign-On Bonus (external candidates only)
- 5,000 for candidates with 3–4 years of qualifying supervisory experience
- 8,000 for candidates with 5+ years of qualifying supervisory experience
Responsibilities
Supervise the Permanency staff assigned to the area
Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Services Program
Participate in staff meetings and trainings
Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services
Perform the following duties directly or through subordinates
Interact routinely with clients, judges, attorneys, children, school personnel and all other aspects of the community
Qualifications
Direct supervisory experience in at least one of the following areas:
Permanency Supervision
Conservatorship Supervision
Family-Based Safety Services (FBSS) Supervision
Child Protective Investigations (CPI) Supervision
Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited four‑year college or university
Minimum 4 years full‑time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency
