The position requires a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. Education/experience: high school graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred; 4–5 years of management experience; previous Restaurant General Manager experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
