Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
In this role, you will manage orders, act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with orders, accuracy, delivery, etc.
- Provide professional and timely assistance to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate sales through customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
- Resolve concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless service.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Associate's degree a related filed; or 2 years of related experience in customer service/sales and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Occasional travel required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
