Market Manager

***THIS IS NOT A JOB WITH FORCEBRANDS*** Our hiring partners, a premium, high-growth cocktail brand with strong roots in the hospitality space, are preparing to add a motivated LA-based Market Manager to the team as they expand distribution. What You'll Do: Hunt new on & off-premise business across designated territory , with a larger focus on retail (70%+) in addition to non-traditional on-premise targets (Hotels, Golf Courses, Members Clubs, Resorts, Catering/Event Venues, etc) Build strong relationships working in the field with distributor partners and educate them to be extensions of the brand's internal sales team Track activity & performance via Karma, staying accountable to ACS & POD goals Manage T&E budgets and track expenses, ensuring ROI What You Bring/Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in sales, with experience in spirits sales required Preference for candidates with relationships/experience partnering with distributors Must have strong retail experience, with indy retail account relationships highly prioritized Hunter mentality, with the ability to work independently Highly organized & strong prioritization skills Candidate must have access to a vehicle for travel throughout assigned territory #J-18808-Ljbffr
