Customer Service Specialist

U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative in Dayton, OH to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers. You will inspect equipment, answer questions, and educate customers on products, while completing rental invoices and processing returns; certifications offered on the job for propane and forklift.
