The site is in the middle of a big capacity buildout, and the culture is entrepreneurial and open to lean, 5S, and kaizen ideas from anyone on the team.This is a true industrial plant. It gets hot, there are odors, and the work gets dirty. People who do well here take that in stride.What the Job InvolvesHandle mechanical and electrical maintenance across a three-shift food processing plantDiagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems, including 480V equipmentWeld (MIG and stick), fabricate, and rig as jobs call for itInstall, align, and service pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, screens, and tanksUse SCADA, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation to track down equipment faultsComplete PM work in the CMMS and keep work and parts records accurateFollow and enforce LOTO, confined space, hot work, and OSHA rulesHelp the maintenance manager plan and prioritize workBe the person any shift can count on when something breaksWhat They NeedElectrical experience with 480V three-phase systems requiredMechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in an industrial plant; food, chemical, or similar process environments preferredMIG and stick welding preferredSCADA, PLC, or VFD exposure a plusCMMS experience preferredWorking knowledge of OSHA requirements and LOTO requiredComfortable in a physical environment without air conditioning
