PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Outpatient, Full Time, Day

Position Description Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of physical therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician. Requirements One (1) year experience as a physical therapist in an acute care facility preferred. Graduate of an accredited Physician Therapy curriculum with a Bachelors or Masters or Doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy. Current California Physical Therapist License OR Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California). If CA PT License Applicant (PTLA) Letter recipient: licensing exam must be passed within (120) days from letter date. BLS (CPR) certification.
