About the Opportunity:

The SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST role is centered on quantifying and documenting program outcomes to uphold rigorous industry standards. This position contributes to the organization's mission by ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of environmental data, supporting business development with sustainability insights, and advancing methodologies related to measurement, monitoring, reporting, and verification (MMRV). The role plays a key part in communicating complex climate topics clearly for commercial audiences and driving data-informed decisions within the program.

Responsibilities:

• Support the complete annual report process including drafting content, performing data quality assurance and control, and report creation
• Conduct research and create briefs on climate topics such as peer programs, frameworks, standards, and regulation
• Provide sustainability advisory support, including greenhouse gas quantifications, to the sales team
• Draft white papers and blog posts translating methodology into accessible language
• Develop slide decks and analyses for sales, customer, and internal presentations
• Assist in the development and implementation of MMRV methodologies
• Lead data collection and analysis for the annual greenhouse gas inventory

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sustainability analysis, coordination, consulting, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Familiarity with industry standards such as SBTi, GHG Protocol, and Scope 3 Standards
• Experience with greenhouse gas quantification and corporate carbon accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with multiple stakeholder levels
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $90,000 to $100,000 annual salary plus eligibility for an annual bonus
