SAP Retail Consultant

Responsibilities Designing, developing, implementing, and deploying SAP Retail solutions to support business objectives and customer needs Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system enhancements and functional solutions Performing SAP Retail configuration, customization, and testing activities based on industry best practices Identifying system gaps, issues, and proposing effective solutions and improvements Managing and coordinating changes within IT systems Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and designated customer representatives Conducting internal and external training sessions within your area of expertise Providing ongoing support and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of IT solutions Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting business transformation projects Performing other duties assigned by the Supervisor Our Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Retail Consultant, SAP IS-Retail Consultant, or in a similar SAP functional role Strong hands-on experience with SAP Retail / IS-Retail Experience in SAP configuration and customization Solid understanding of retail business processes and system integrations Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system solutions Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and recommend improvements Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and working directly with business stakeholders Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good command of English, both written and spoken Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment Nice to Have Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail Knowledge of SAP MM and/or SAP SD Experience working in international implementation or rollout projects Experience in the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry What we offer Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative SAP Retail projects Long-term career development opportunities within an international environment Exposure to global clients and complex business processes Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives Competitive compensation package Flexible working arrangements Professional development and training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Frista Retail Business Center Sp. z o.o.
