Make a Difference: Become a Friendly Visitor Hospice Volunteer
Enhabit Hospice
Enhabit Hospice is seeking kind, compassionate, and dependable volunteers to be friendly visitors to our hospice patients. As a Friendly Visitor Volunteer, you can provide much-needed companionship and socialization as you visit the patient where they call home.
Activities that our volunteers can do may include:
- Hold a Hand
- Singing and Playing music
- Be a Good Listener
- Share a meal
- Paint Nails
- Help with a hobby
- Reading Aloud
- Play an instrument
- Do crafting with patient
- Therapeutic visits with pets
- Light Housekeeping
- Bring Flowers
- Read Magazines/Books
- Sing and Play Music
- Be a Friend
- Play Board Games/Cards
- Knit or crochet
- Run Errands
- Color or do puzzles
