You'll be tasked with meticulously documenting evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress in line with our facility's regulatory standards and guidelines, all while actively participating in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to foster a synergistic approach to patient care. To qualify for this role, you will need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program as well as a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. While CPR certification is preferred, specialized credentials in fields such as geriatrics or neurology are welcome, yet not mandatory.
