Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for the best possible outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in close collaboration with firm partners and support staff.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the legal process.
• Uphold the firm’s high standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law.
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in personal injury law or related field.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client advocacy.
• Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
