Analyst Program I

Analyst Program I Fiserv’s Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a two-year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and a unique experience tailored to the participant. The program includes training curriculum, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership with the opportunity to advance within the firm upon successful completion. Target start date: June/July 2026 depending on availability. Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. The interview process begins in February 2025 and typically lasts through April. Recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree program; majors such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Purchasing, Sales, and Communications are considered GPA 3.0+ preferred Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to changing priorities Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Fiserv is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome and encourage diversity in our workforce that reflects our world.
