Mary's Woods is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide excellent care for our residents.

Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park-like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego. We pride ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring and welcoming culture. We are seeking passionate team members to join us in fulfilling our mission and values.

Pay: Starting from $20.00 per hour. The starting wage increases depending on experience, certification and education.

Shifts available:

• Day shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
• Evening shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)
• NOC shift (10:30 pm - 7:00 am)

Schedules available:

• Friday - Sunday day shift
• Friday - Monday evening shift
• Friday - Sunday evening shift
• Wednesday - Saturday evening shift

We are hiring for full-time, part-time and on-call positions.

Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:

• Provide direct care to residents under direct supervision according to policies and procedures, and ensure care for our residents is provided in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity
• Must be comfortable working independently and with others
• Must be able to manage time and complete tasks effectively
• Must be comfortable working with people living with dementia

Education and experience required:

• Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED
• Professional caregiving experience required, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Required to obtain your food handler's, CPR and first aid certification within 30 days of hire
• Must be able to work as part of a team
