Job Description Registered Respiratory Therapist – Staff (Full‑time, Permanent / Direct Hire) Location: Fairbanks, AK | Setting: Hospital Schedule: 12‑hour clinical day or night shift with rotating schedule. Some weekends and holidays required. Pay: Competitive pay with relocation assistance, tax credit, signing bonus, housing, living and home‑schooling stipends. Requirements Associate’s Degree or technical degree required. Validated certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT). At least 1 year of RRT or CRT experience in Pediatric (PEDS) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings required for staff RRT.
