Reports to: Production Supervisor Department: Irving - 3rd Shift IQF Line 2 Classification: Nonexempt Position: Machine Operator II (Box Maker IQF) Compensation: Hourly Non-exempt

Qualifications

Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test. Must be able and available to work overtime as required. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.

Job Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Machine setup & operation Essential Functions: Setup & programs DSI Coordinates with production personnel for marinating process Stages and weighs out ingredients for marinating prine Plans for daily production run with raw ingredients for marinating prine for the next shift Maintains and monitors pick up weights on short and overages on finished products Communicates with production personnel and management on missed opportunities Daily reporting with QA for product out of specification Communicating with management when there are concerns with the following Production Safety Employee relations Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client Checks quality of product Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Entry level. Other Requirements: No other requirements necessary.

Working Conditions: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
