Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and efficient store environment?

The ACE Outpost at Liberty Lake, the ultimate hardware store in Liberty Lake, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Person-in-Charge/Customer Service Supervisor, to join our team. As the Person-in-Charge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Oversee customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals
Coordinate with department heads to optimize store performance
Assist with store opening or closing procedures

Requirements:

Previous retail supervisory experience and cash handling skills required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
