Job Details Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic Location: Raleigh, NC 27609 Employment Type: Travel Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 9/21/2026 End Date: 12/21/2026 Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; daytime hours Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts Shifts Per Week: 3 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890 Orientation: 40 hours Patient Volume: Approximately 40-50 patients per day Charting System: Epic Pre-Approved Time Off: Up to 2 days Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact license in hand At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required BLS certification required Epic charting experience preferred Travel nursing experience required 1 supervisory reference from within the last year required Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a high-volume outpatient setting All required certifications must be in hand at the time of submission Responsibilities Provide patient-centered nursing care in a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic environment Support efficient patient flow in a schedule with appointments every 15 minutes Perform assessments, obtain vital signs, and reinforce patient education Assist with chart preparation, medication reconciliation, follow-up calls, and referral coordination Document accurately in Epic and follow established clinic workflows Collaborate with providers and support staff to help ensure smooth daily operations Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and a calm presence in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting Why Apply for This Travel Nursing Job?
