Assistant General Manager

Overview Nouria Energy Corporation is a family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator, and car wash operator in New England, serving 300+ locations and operating 150+ company-run stores. Position Summary Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring a great customer experience. Responsibilities Assist in daily store operations Mentor team members for fast and friendly service Handle stocking, re-stock, and inventory management Check vendor deliveries and maintain accurate records Complete shift reports, gas reconciliation, and cigarette counts Assist in staff training and onboarding Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum one year of retail experience General computer knowledge Good communication skills Ability to read, write, and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be 18 years or older Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, kneel, lift and bend up to 30 pounds, and traverse all areas of the store. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, standing at a cash register, and working on a computer may be required. Work Schedule Flexible shift work during operating hours, including weekends.
