Manager Trainee

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real‑world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and applying effective sales techniques. Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns professionally. Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation, and compliance tasks. Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, performance coaching, and business metrics. Build the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
