Now Hiring: (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

• All shifts available
• 3pm-11pm, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse :

• The (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for overseeing day to day patient care
• Monitoring basic patient health such as vital signs and overall condition.
• Changing dressings or inserting catheters.
• Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation.
• Assisting with tests or procedures.
• Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting.
• Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or as directed to ensure quality patient care
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid LPN certification in New Jersey
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
