Work You'll Do As a member of the Finance Systems (FS) Program Management (PM) workstream, the senior leader will: Provide overall leadership for the PM and Policy functions, setting priorities, delivery expectations, and operating cadence across the FS portfolio from intake through delivery readiness and reporting.Streamline how the workstream operates, improve the experience of stakeholders and delivery teams, through timely and value added updates and strengthen the foundation for sustainable execution across solutionsInfluence PM activities, cross-pillar alignment, escalation management, and identify portfolio policy updates tied to FS readinessEstablish and maintain PM standards, tools, comprehensive program plans to ensure delivery discipline, including review, approval, version control to track results.Ensure policy and guidance impacts are identified early, aligned to project plans and readiness needs, and coordinated with relevant stakeholders when broader policy changes affect engagement management policy.Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing global team by building capabilities, creating meaningful development opportunities, and establishing clear accountability for individual and collective outcomes. A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The Team The Stakeholder Governance and Program Management (SG&PM) team serves as the connective tissue across the FS team partnering with system users, business leaders, application delivery teams, ITS, and global stakeholders to move finance-led enhancements from intake through planning and delivery. The team’s responsibilities center on gathering and refining enhancement requests, translating business needs into feature sheets and requirements, maintaining a strategy-aligned roadmap across systems and process changes, coordinating cross-system planning, supporting workshops and design sessions, and driving clear communication on project status, priorities, releases, and impacts. The broader mission is to help FS operate in a more consistent, transparent, and efficient way by improving stakeholder alignment, enabling smoother handoffs across teams, and supporting change readiness and adoption across the portfolio. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related subject10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, finance transformation, enterprise technology, policy, operations, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience leading teams, major workstreams, or cross-functional programs in a complex, matrixed organization. Demonstrated experience establishing or improving program management standards, tools, controls, approval processes, version control, publication practices, or portfolio reporting. Demonstrated experience managing portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive escalation processes. Experience coordinating business, technology, policy, change, and readiness stakeholders across the lifecycle of enterprise solutions or process enhancements. Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience with Finance Systems, engagement management processes, or global enterprise finance platforms and related policy frameworks. Experience leading governance or enhancement lifecycles across multiple solutions comparable to SAP, ERP, etc.Program or project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or an equivalent credential. Experience developing executive portfolio reporting, decision forums, operating cadences, and performance measures leveraging Microsoft Office suite, i.e. PowerPoint, PowerBIExperience driving process standardization and continuous improvement across geographically The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
