Location: Milwaukee, WI | Relocation Assistance Available Pay: $85,000–$130,000 | Hybrid Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday Travel: Goal of less than 5%; occasional Chicago project support Work Arrangement: Hybrid ** Signing-bonus and relocation assistance available** Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager ready to take on large, technically complex projects? We are hiring a Fire Alarm Project Manager to support new-construction hyperscale data center projects in Milwaukee. You will manage multiple buildings across one campus as part of an established Project Management team. Typical projects exceed $2 million, with a current backlog of more than $10 million What You’ll Manage Project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors Fire alarm installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover Drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Customer, general contractor, vendor, and field-team communication Cost tracking, billing milestones, labor performance, and project risks Multiple buildings and active project phases across one campus Quality, safety, documentation, and project closeout What We’re Looking For Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects Strong understanding of fire alarm installation and commissioning Experience with Notifier and VESDA systems strongly preferred NICET Level III or higher strongly preferred Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
