Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
