We are a 5‑star, 94‑bed skilled nursing facility committed to providing residents with a resort‑like hospitality experience. As a food server, you will be an essential part of our vibrant, compassionate, and professional team. Responsibilities Serve as a food server, delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to residents during dining. Qualifications Full‑time food server position – experience preferred but not required. Valid Food Handlers card required; ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus. Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and willing to learn and grow. Compensation & Hours Do‑or‑they earn $20‑$22 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Shifts run Sunday through Saturday, 4PM to 8:30PM. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) – use as you earn; choose PTO+ for extra pay. (California & Washington only) Paid Sick Leave. 403(b) with Employer Match: 100% of first 3% contribution, then 50% of next 2% after 1 year of employment.
