As a Survey Director at LJA Surveying, this position is responsible for administrative and field operations in the survey operations. The candidate is responsible for budget, client relations and business development.

A typical day might include:

• Plans and directs the activities of the Survey Division
• Oversee surveying projects and ensure that work is executed on time, within budget and in accordance with client and company requirements.
• Prepares project time and cost estimates to include manpower projects and requisitioning/purchasing of equipment.

Required education/license/certifications:

• Professional Licensed Surveyor

Required qualifications:

• 15 years' experience in the industry
• 5 years of project management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
