We're Hiring: Entry-Level Events Sales Assistant

Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | In-Person

Bol Partners is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Events Sales Assistants.

You’ll represent recognized communication and connectivity brands through face-to-face promotional sales campaigns in major retail locations and event-based environments across Milwaukee.

This is a sales-focused, customer-facing role where you’ll engage with customers, present products and services, answer questions, build relationships, and help acquire new customers.

What You'll Do

Engage with customers face-to-face during promotional campaigns.
Present products and explain service benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Support customer enrolments and new customer acquisition.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Represent partner brands professionally.

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is welcome but not required . Full training is provided.
