Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro Duration: Not specified Shift: Day Hours per Shift: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty required License: Current nursing license required Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS required Must-Have: Neuro stepdown experience; may consider strong med/surg nurse with required certifications and some step down experience Description: Candidates must have neuro stepdown experience. A strong med/surg nurse may also be considered if they possess NIHSS and ACLS certifications, along with some step down experience to care for patients. Experience with EPIC is required, and this must be noted in the candidate profile. Candidate profiles must include work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days, skills checklist, references, certification card, and Nursys license verification. The manager will interview and offer the position. Candidates should ensure all demographic information is included in their profile, along with a badge-appropriate picture. Note that weekend work is required, and there is no block scheduling.
