Group Marketing Manager, LAA Management Franchise – Abbott Electrophysiology Abbott is seeking an experienced marketing leader to own the global commercial strategy for its Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Management portfolio, oversee the launch of Amulet360, and drive sustained growth across multiple regions. Responsibilities Own and drive the global LAA Management franchise marketing strategy, focusing on share growth, procedure adoption, and revenue performance. Act as the global product and therapy expert: analyse market size, competitive dynamics, unmet customer needs, and differentiation. Lead the global multichannel marketing plan and quarterly planning process. Identify and remove growth barriers across key global markets. Lead upstream marketing for current and future LAA Management solutions, translating customer insights into product requirements and portfolio strategy. Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to guide product development decisions. Serve as Global Launch Owner for Amulet360: create value proposition, messaging, launch readiness activities, and define success metrics to drive post‑launch optimization. Develop and lead a small, high‑performing global marketing team; serve as single‑threaded global marketing leader for the franchise. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. At least 7years of experience in product marketing, product management, or upstream marketing. Experience supporting global product launches. Medical device marketing experience required; cardiovascular or electrophysiology preferred. Compensation Base salary: $129,300–$258,700 (range may vary by location).
