Compensation:$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:- Follow up with buyer and seller leads in a timely manner
- Build relationships with clients and guide them through the home buying and selling process
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transaction experience
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
- Utilize CRM systems and follow team processes
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Active Virginia Real Estate License or currently pursuing licensing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
