Aligned with a collaborative leadership structure, the Nurse Manager of the NICU Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will report within Women’s and Children’s Services and partner closely with a Neonatology Medical Director, with support from assistant nurse managers, clinical educators, and seasoned charge nurses. The Nurse Manager of the NICU Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will guide daily operations, staffing and budgets, accreditation and regulatory readiness, shared governance, and performance outcomes, strengthening metrics such as infection prevention, safe transitions of care, and family engagement.
