Function

You are responsible for the entire commercial activities for the current and future portfolio in the field of chronic weight management. You are a trusted partner, mainly with general practitioners, but potentially also with other first-line healthcare professionals.

In this role, you have a real impact: you develop strong client relationships and contribute actively to better patient outcomes.

• You are the face of Lilly in your region and you have a solid knowledge of the scientific products
• You promote and position the portfolio in general medicine, including during new launches
• You conduct quality discussions with healthcare professionals and inspire them towards better care solutions
• You manage your territory proactively with effective planning and optimal coverage
• In collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams, you contribute to success, share best practices, and respect the highest compliance standards

Your Profile

• You have relevant first experience in medical delegation
• You like to manage your sector autonomously, structured, and proactively. Objectives motivate you
• You easily create links: you are a good listener, communicate clearly, and know how to convince naturally
• You are solid on the scientific level and comfortable in exchanges with doctors
• You are comfortable with digital tools and easily navigate between different channels
• In addition to French, you have a good passive knowledge of English
• Above all, you bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset. You are solution-oriented, take initiatives, and enjoy working in a team
