Sr Finance Manager FP&A

Responsibilities As a Senior Finance Manager you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and the finance operating system. Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives. You will report directly to our Commercial OE VP CFO and work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability, develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. As a senior leader, you will prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, contributing to informed decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales, finance, and working capital. Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives. Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership. Champion standardization in financial reporting and processes across multiple customer business teams. Develop consolidated reporting tools to highlight performance against key financial metrics for the sales channel. Qualifications Must Have Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices. Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office. Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
