Senior Financial Analyst – FP&AUltimate Kronos Group is seeking a hardworking & dedicated Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to join our Sales Finance team. The right candidate will thrive in a highly visible individual contributor role supporting Sales by leading the creation and oversight of analytics, KPIs, and metrics to provide actionable insights to senior sales leaders. This candidate will also be responsible for overseeing and assisting with Budgets and Forecasts for Sales Bookings and operations, enhanced variance analysis, and reporting. Further, he/she will lead the development of financial models that drive sales growth (financial impact from Go To Market (GTM) strategies, expansion efforts, acquisition analysis, new product plans, etc.) as well as be adept working with multiple levels of the business including Senior Management in the Sales and Finance organizations.Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People. UKG has more than 13,000 employees around the globe and is known for its inclusive workplace culture.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze & provide actionable insights into sales & booking performance, including comparisons to budget & quarterly forecasts and in-depth booking & revenue analysisCreate new metrics, build, and expand Power BI dashboards, to drive business performance and intelligenceDevelop strategic analysis focused on customer data/activity, identifying business risks and opportunitiesDesign and build business models, lead special projects, and complete ad hoc analysis as neededIdentify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities and marginsServe as a Business Partner for Sales in developing budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysisParticipate in discussions with key stakeholders in Finance and Sales about findings and dataPrepare monthly/quarterly slides for Sales Operations and Board MeetingsSkills / QualificationsDetail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvementSelf-starter with the ability to work independently under general supervision while keeping supervisor informedProficient with Excel and dataAbility to multi-task and handle time-sensitive projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and openness to change; comfort making decisions amidst ambiguityAbility to establish harmonious working relationships with co-workers and to work effectively in a professional team environmentEducation/Certification/LicenseBusiness Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field4+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations Finance, or FP&ACompany OverviewUKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
