$21.00 per hour | Long-Term Assignment
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for a long-term opportunity with a reputable local company. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and take pride in accuracy and organization, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods.
- Organize and store inventory to maximize warehouse space and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures and quality standards.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve processes and efficiency.
- Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Experience in durable goods manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
