Physical Therapist Position Available

Physical Therapist profession: Allied Specialty: Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: State Licensure required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - A minimum of 1 year of experience - BLS certification - State Licensure - Minimum Education Requirement: BA Degree - Charting experience with Homecare Homebase (no exceptions) Description: Physical Therapist position available. Will provide home health services. Approximately six visits per day expected. Patient types include adults with chronic diseases, wound care, IV therapy, pleurx, and wound vac management. Skills in disease teaching and assessment are necessary. Experience with geriatric and adult chronic disease management is preferred. Technology used includes Samsung Note 9 phones and an EMR system called Homecare Homebase. The position may require travel within specified counties. Weekend-only work may involve traveling up to 100 miles, depending on case load. Scrub color required is grey for therapy staff.
