Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $26.80 Hours: M-F 11am - 7pm with first few weeks of training M-F 8am - 4pm In-Person - Location: 170 Clermont Rd, Shepherdsville, KY
Resource's typical working day:

- Checking generators
- Checking plumbing
- Roof leaks
- General maintenance
- Painting
- General building repair
- Escorting vendors
Years of experience needed: 2-4 years
Level of education: H.S diploma or GED
Systems/software proficiencies: CMMS experience preferred, Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
Certifications/licenses: n/a
Top must have skills:
- Basic HVAC/carpentry/electric/plumbing
- Can lift over 50lbs
- Good communication skills
- Self-starter
- Good technical skills
- First round phone screen
- Second round in-person interview
