Position Mission Deliver expert chiropractic care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, with the goal of improving patient outcomes, reducing pain, and restoring optimal function. Position Objectives Provide timely, accurate, and effective diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system disorders Reduce patient pain and improve physical function through evidence‑based chiropractic interventions Actively engage patients in their recovery and educate them on long‑term wellness Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other specialty teams to co‑manage care Maintain clinical excellence and remain current on best practices in chiropractic medicine Support the organization’s mission, values, and reputation through high‑quality care and patient interactions Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of new and returning patients using orthopedic, neurological, and functional evaluations Develop and implement personalized chiropractic treatment plans Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback Document patient encounters clearly and compliantly within EHR systems Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery Work closely with other clinical team members to ensure coordinated and interdisciplinary care Participate in clinic meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Contribute to a positive, patient‑focused clinic culture through professionalism and teamwork Represent the Performance Ortho brand and values in both clinical and community settings Education and Experience Required: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Valid New Jersey Chiropractic License (or ability to obtain prior to start date) 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred Preferred: Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting Exposure to sports medicine, rehabilitation, or integrated pain management environments Strong clinical knowledge and hands‑on chiropractic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compassion, empathy, and patient‑centered mindset Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑based care model Strong organizational and time management skills Initiative and self‑direction in clinical responsibilities Proficient in problem‑solving and critical thinking Professionalism and emotional intelligence in patient and team interactions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Patient satisfaction and feedback Treatment outcomes and functional improvements Accuracy and timeliness of clinical documentation Collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary team Patient retention and plan‑of‑care completion Compliance with clinical standards and licensing requirements Why Join Performance Ortho? 401(k) with Employer Matching Life Insurance and Retirement Plan Flexible Schedule & Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive and Growth‑Oriented Team Culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Performance Ortho
