Senior Specialist, Middle Office Team Lead Location: Lake Mary, FL Job Description We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Middle Office Team Lead to supervise a medium to large‑sized Middle Office support team, managing day‑to‑day operations for multiple funds and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day operations of a medium to large‑sized Middle Office support team. Manage daily activities for Middle Office support across multiple funds, aligning team resources to complete tasks. Oversee review of data, issue escalations, and complex matters; act as first line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution. Direct, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring work quality, compliance with SLAs, and proper documentation. Provide oversight on exception review, manage escalation and correction of errors, and resolve complex escalated issues. Offer product knowledge and technical assistance on moderately complex problems and serve as the team’s initial escalation point. Prepare performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and help develop team objectives. Qualifications High school or equivalent education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Preferred mutual fund industry background. 5–7 years of technical and/or supervisory experience preferred. Experience in accounting support or the mutual fund industry preferred.
