senti senti (formerly oo35mm) a beauty and gift boutique in Chinatown, NYC and Williamsburg, Brooklyn is looking for energetic individuals to join our Beauty Advisor team. The ideal candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service, as well as great energy, and a positive attitude. Must be passionate about skincare and makeup. Position Type Full‑time or part‑time position that may lead to a managerial position for a qualified individual. Qualifications Prior retail sales experience and managing a store or boutique (1 year preferred). Fluent in English; a plus if fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Requirements Proven retail sales and customer service experience (training will be provided). Good communication skills. Passion for customer service, selling, and product knowledge. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible schedule, ability to work weekdays or weekends (not required but a plus). Responsibilities Sales and consultations, providing detailed product recommendations and information. Continuously educating yourself on ingredients, skincare, and makeup to become an expert resource for customers. Maintaining store cleanliness and adhering to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards. Participating in inventory control. Lifting in excess of 40 pounds. Standing for long periods, bending, stretching, engaging in repetitive motions, pushing, pulling, and carrying items (tote bags, inventory, etc.) for a short distance. Climbing a ladder and using a step stool. Benefits Salary: $18–$22 per hour with tips and bonus included. Discounts on all brands. 401(k) plan.
