Senior Business AnalystOur client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in West Des Moines, IA!Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner within the Treasury team to support liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and capital planning initiatives.Conduct detailed financial and business analysis using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements.Translate business needs into actionable insights, using a data-driven approach.Independently lead analytical projects and initiatives aligned with Treasury objectives.Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership for financial planning and performance tracking.Serve as a subject matter expert in Treasury functions, with a focus on cash operations, financial instruments, and risk metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Finance Analyst role, preferably within Treasury or Financial Services.Strong domain expertise on the Treasury side, including understanding of cash management, liquidity, and funding processes.Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting.Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives to completion.Proven "go-getter" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.Prior experience at a Big Four consulting or advisory firm is highly preferred.
